Nigerian Police Responds to Shooting Incident Involving Nollywood Director Azeez Ijaduade
In a recent development, the Nigerian Police addressed the incident involving Nollywood actor and director Azeez Ijaduade, who was reportedly shot in Iperu Remo, Ogun State.
According to the state Police Public Relations Officer, Omolola Odutola, the incident occurred during an end-of-year party at a hotel in Iperu, where an officer attached to Bramajaj Company Limited accidentally discharged a shot, hitting Ijaduade's neck.
The actor, along with his crew and other actors, was reportedly on a movie shoot at the same hotel.
Currently receiving treatment, Ijaduade is reported to be in stable condition. The police assured the public that the situation is under investigation.
