NSCDC LAGOS STATE COMMAND STRENGTHENS PARTNERSHIP WITH POLICE EMPHASIZES COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

NSCDC Lagos State Command Strengthens Partnership with Police, Emphasizes Community Engagement

In a concerted effort to bolster collaboration among security agencies, Mr. Adedotun Keshinro, the State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC in Lagos, paid a visit to CP Adegoke Fayoade mni, the Commissioner of Police at the Lagos State Police Command headquarters in Ikeja on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.


During the meeting, Commandant Keshinro emphasized the importance of joint efforts in combating insecurity within the state and solicited the support of the Police in this endeavor.


In response, CP Adegoke Fayoade underscored the necessity of cooperation among security agencies to effectively address the challenges of insecurity, acknowledging the significance of collaborative initiatives.

Furthermore, as part of NSCDC's commitment to enhancing community engagement, Commandant Keshinro engaged with the Alaba community, aiming to foster closer ties and proactive security measures.


Chief Camilus Amajuoyi, President-General of the Alaba Sectional Heads, and his Sectional Heads lauded NSCDC for its operational efficiency and contributions to safeguarding lives, critical national assets, and infrastructure within their community.


Moving forward, the Lagos State Command of NSCDC remains resolute in its proactive approach, working in synergy with other security services to confront the evolving challenges confronting society.
