PROFESSOR VIES FOR DG AT LIONS CONVENTION

Distinguished Professor and Lions Club Member, Dr. Egberongbe Tijani Taiwo, Vies for Second Vice District Governor at District 404B3 Convention



In an exciting development within Lions International Club, Dr. Egberongbe Tijani Taiwo, a respected professor at Olabisi Onabanjo University and an active member of the Abeokuta Unique Lions Club in Ogun State, has announced his candidacy for the position of Second Vice District Governor for District 404B3 in Nigeria.



The announcement came during the ongoing first district convention hosted by Lions International Club in District 404B3 Nigeria. The convention, taking place at the June 12 Cultural Centre in Kuto, Abeokuta, Ogun State, spans from January 31st to February 3rd. Notable figures at the convention include the Pioneer District Governor, Lion(Otunba) Olayiwola Fadairo, the Pioneer First Vice District Governor, Lion (Dr) Jide Bello, and the current Second Vice District Governor, Lion Adelaja.

Central to this year's convention is the mission to champion "Mission 1.5," a global initiative aimed at expanding the Lions Club's membership to 1.5 million members worldwide.
