During their meeting, Aare Adetola advised Dr. Oshundairo on the importance of consolidation before transformation, emphasizing the need for strategic steps to revolutionize the real estate industry. He urged the aspirant to focus on intensive media publicity and collaborative advocacy efforts to influence government policies affecting the sector.
Dr. Oshundairo outlined his manifesto, including plans to create a Developers Mortgage Plan, establish an Advisory Board for REDAN, open up rural lands for development, and rebrand and publicize REDAN for increased visibility and effectiveness.
Aare Adetola, besides advocating for strategic media publicity, emphasized the importance of expanding REDAN's membership and presenting comprehensive strategies to shape the future of real estate in Nigeria.
The session concluded with Dr. Oshundairo expressing gratitude for the collaboration and laying the groundwork for future partnerships aimed at driving positive change within the industry.
