 OGUNCCIMA Unveils Exciting Innovations for 13th International Trade Fair in Ogun State
Collaborative Efforts Between OGUNCCIMA and Ogun State Government Promise a Vibrant and Engaging Trade Fair Experience





In anticipation of the upcoming 13th International Trade Fair in Ogun State, the Ogun State Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines & Agriculture (OGUNCCIMA), in partnership with the Ogun State government, has introduced a range of innovative features to enhance the event's appeal and participation.


During a press conference, Mrs. Oluyemisi Somorin Dawodu, the Special Adviser to the Ogun State Governor on Industry, Trade, and Investment, unveiled several exciting additions aimed at elevating the trade fair experience for exhibitors and attendees alike.


Among the innovations highlighted by Mrs. Dawodu is the introduction of a raffle draw, with a grand prize of a two-bedroom bungalow. Daily prizes will also be awarded, adding an element of excitement and anticipation to the event. Additionally, an entertainment village will offer attendees a space to relax, enjoy music, and indulge in culinary delights, complemented by medical facilities to ensure the well-being of all participants.


Furthermore, transportation services will be provided to facilitate access to the fair, while a medical outreach program will offer vital healthcare services to attendees.


Speaking at the press conference, Engineer Mike Akingbade M.I.E, JP, the President of OGUNCCIMA, emphasized the trade fair's role in fostering business connections and promoting economic development. He underscored the importance of the event in facilitating dialogue between stakeholders and policymakers, ultimately contributing to job creation and economic prosperity in the state.


Dr. Olu Ola Aikulola, the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Investment, highlighted the diverse range of products manufactured in Ogun State, including drones and security vehicles. He expressed optimism about the positive impact of the trade fair and urged stakeholders to spread awareness about the event's offerings.


The press conference was attended by key stakeholders, including Lion Niyi Osiyemi, Kehinde Akintomide, Otunba Babs Adesanya, Akin Lawson, and other distinguished individuals.


With these innovative initiatives and collaborative efforts, the 13th International Trade Fair promises to be a dynamic and engaging event, showcasing the economic potential and investment opportunities in Ogun State.
